Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and elven compassion

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His head has been shaved. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born to a Tailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Revenge.

Description: He is lean but muscular and is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and he is content
