History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
