Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Efferil embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Efferil was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Efferil's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
