Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He has a hunchback. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
