History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Himo was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raer embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Raer enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
