History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naeris grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aerdeth embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aerdeth does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
