Description: This late middle aged man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat and is in decent physical shape. He has moderate length silver hair. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paelias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Paelias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Paelias was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
