History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Uthemar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Mayor like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
