Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
