History: Laucian hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Laucian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Naeris was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Locksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
