Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his broad black hat.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Carrie reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paelias grew up listening to his father's many stories. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
