History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shield use. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
