Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Carter profession.
History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Aramil hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Aramil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
