His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.
