History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peren grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
