History: Paelias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bricklayer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
