Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Uthemar was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
