Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Varis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Varis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
