His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and sabotage a competitor
