Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing a long, violet, dusty cloak. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'1". He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze, and his gloved hand is found clutching a halberd. He wears his auburn hair up. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Mindartis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
