History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Naal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Description: This tall, slender man is typically in his Mayor uniform. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Beiro took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Description: This malnourished man wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
