Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears dull black sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed flail, just in case. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
