History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Jeweler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Uthemar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
