Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Lucan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Lucan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
