Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born in a small desert village. After coming to the age of reason, Ivellios took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.
