Description: This southern man wears bulky black painted plate armor. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.
History: Born to a Shepherd, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To be a Shepherd again; and expand his business

Description: This man is very fat, and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Naal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Carrie grew up listening to his father's many stories. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Marshal soon after.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
