History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Aust was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
