Personality: Quarion is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
