History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
