History: Theriatis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Assassin, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
