Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Uthemar was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
