Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears grey trousers with brown and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He sports a flattop hair cut. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Description: He stands about 4'11" and is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Miller business.
History: Born in the north to a Miller, Naill learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Miller. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business
