Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Koeth would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When Koeth reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away.
