History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cook born in the past three hundred years. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the east to a Cook, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second son.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
