Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Paelias's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.
