History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Performer. He tends to his Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
