Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He has a hunchback. His hair is short and chestnut. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
Flaws: Ugly, Antagonistic. Bonds: Religious, Adventurer, Rich. Occupation: Mortician

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His black hair is knotted and matted. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: This tall, slender man wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
Ideals: Entrepeneur. Flaws: Racist. Bonds: Religious, Enemies. Occupation: Sellsword
