History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He tends to his Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Lucan will drive conversation. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Lucan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lucan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
