He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mindartis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
