Personality: He is a Dilettante first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A true patriot, Quarion would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He now owns his own business.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is dressed in a clean white cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
