Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Uthemar was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
