Description: An older man who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, he is not a threatening figure. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it and is in decent physical shape. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He tends to his Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he dresses like a well dressed Scribe does. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Thervan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
