Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is brown and very short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 18. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
