Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears tattered old clothes. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and expand his business

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Architect. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and sabotage a competitor
