Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a Detective, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
