Description: He wears a fancy white suit, and he perpetually has his hand crossbow ready. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a white shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
