Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Korfel enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When Korfel reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Arannis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor
