Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'9". He is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, yellow shirt, and blue tie, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He takes great joy in being the best Beggar in town.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This southern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His clothes are grease stained in places. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy
