Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His ears are large.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born in the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
