Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When Peren reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
